Do I think people should not support their friends? Of course not. But that support should not come at your purported allies’ expense.

(And on a side note, I want to apologize for my silence for the past couple of weeks on the Amanda Marcotte Appropriation Extravaganza, Seal Press’ issues with professionalism, and other things that make me angry. I was without reliable Internet and got very far behind in my blog and e-mail reading, but I only have 1238 blog entries to go in my feed reader and I am caught up!)
